Frequently asked questions
How do I set my Zone 2 ceiling?
Open the settings (the slider button on the home screen). You can set your ceiling three ways:
- From your age — calculated automatically and fully adjustable.
- From your measured max heart rate — enter your own tested maximum.
- A fixed number — set the exact bpm ceiling yourself.
You can also choose what fraction of your maximum defines your zone. Your setting is saved for next time.
Will it alert me if I turn sound off?
Yes. The wrist haptic (vibration) always fires when you go above your ceiling, whether or not sound is enabled. Audible beeps are optional — you turn them on in settings if you want them. You never need to hear anything to stay guarded.
What do the alerts mean?
- Strong buzz — you’ve crossed above your Zone 2 ceiling. Ease off.
- Lighter repeated nudges — you’re still above the cap.
